“On Christmas Day 2006, our hard drive went down. We called our support tech at Eagle Cap to make sure that our
data was backed up, and they confirmed that all our files had been saved. We got our system back for a week, but
it died again on New Years Day. Again the Eagle Cap Support tech was there to answer our questions. The tech made
a list of all of the data we had on the backup server and delivered it in person.
Once a new hard drive was installed, the support tech came back and restored the data to the new drive. He made
sure that everything was in place and that our computer was operating properly. Because the other service tech,
from HP, who had installed the new drive, had not completely set up all the systems, the Eagle Cap support tech
reinstalled our printer and email, and made sure that our computer was working well.
We were very pleased with the service and consideration we received from Eagle Cap Communications. We highly
